Delivery And Return Process

For the UK region we deliver 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). However this excludes Bank & Public Holidays.

For the International regions, it may roughly take 10 working days for the product to be delivered. Charges may vary depending on location and product weight .

The courier that Sounthary silks uses is Royal Mail.

If one or more products have been order we will dispatch both items together. If you require one of the products to be dispatched early please email us as soon as possible.

Delivery times will differ depending on the delivery option that you select and we will provide you an estimate of when your delivery is expected to arrive.

If you require to cancel your order once a product has been chosen please email us immediately to prevent us from processing and dispatching the order. Once the order has been dispatched and you would be required to send the product back to us so that we can process refund as soon as the product has arrived .

Please ensure all information provided for delivery is correct including address and name as once the order has been dispatched we unable to make the amendment. We will not be held liable for the product if it has been sent to wrong address however, if you would like to make amendment with the delivery address please get in contact with us as soon as possible.

Please do not return any of our products without consulting with us first. You can either contact us by Email or Telephone.

Please fill in the returns form which is sent by email include the invoice number . If you have received a defective or a damaged product, please note we will try and rectify the issue as soon as possible by allowing you to choose between either a replacement, refund or exchange.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return: your item must be unused within its original packing and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase . Please note if the item is claimed to be faulty we will conduct a full inspection prior to replacing the item or providing a refund

Consumers are required to cover the cost of postage and packaging when items are been refunded.Once item has been received an email confirmation will be sent stating that money will be refunded into your account within 5 working days.
